Project Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track multiple project/job orders from initiation through completion
Coordinate with sales teams, warehouses, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Monitor job progress, identify delays, and proactively resolve issues
Review and validate order accuracy, pricing, and specifications
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and timelines
Ensure documentation is complete and up to company and industry standards
Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
Required:
Strong understanding of job-based workflows
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
Experience working with contractors or commercial/industrial projects
Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes
2–5 years of experience in electrical distribution, supply chain, or project coordination
