    Project Manager/ Construction Manager- Small Cell Construction

    Role:
    Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the Small Cell Network Construction team including creating PO’s, creating CM’s and reviewing invoices for accuracy. The position will work with all team members on improving the quality of the billing processes and deliverables. Common activities will involve area data identification, collection, analysis, and reporting; along with understanding operational business functions and processes. Each network construction team is expected to maintain open communication across all areas of the business and work as a unit with consistency while building, implementing, and restoring or maintaining services; cognizant of fostering the vision and values of company. This position is accountable for delivering key performance indicators related to small cell node deployment, including but not limited to percentage of on-time installations, fiber completion for small cell sites, and successful delivery of constructed nodes.
    Supports Network Construction Implementation team with assigned tasks, projects and could include, but is not limited to, the following: correspondence, administrative tasks (PO’s, CM’s & Invoicing), tracking project deliverables, dates and monitoring deadlines, provides regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise.

    Responsibilities:

    • Management of design and construction vendors.
    • Review small cell construction A&E designs.
    • Responsible for creating small cell construction BOM and small cell material orders
    • Gather material quotes from vendors and share with management.
    • Prepares and submits purchase orders and processes contractor invoices.
    • Assists with project financials and milestone management, such as forecasting, issuing and receiving on vendor POs, invoicing on customer POs, tracking and resolving past due invoices.
    • Provide additional administrative support as required.
    • Communicates issues to management prior to reaching critical status.
    • Develops progress reports, tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles.
    • Assists with ad hoc reporting requests.
    • Communicate with vendors on small cell construction
    • Understanding service delivery and small cell requirements for close out packages.

      Education/Certification
    • High School degree or equivalent
    • A valid driver’s license required

      Experience/Minimum Requirements
    • Minimum three (3) years of small cell/wireless construction experience
    • Experience and understanding of small cell node designs
    • Ability to read PIM/Sweep testing
