Review job costs and project performance throughout the life of the project
Negotiate pricing and scope with vendors and subcontractors as needed
Ensure work complies with project requirements, applicable codes, and site safety standards
Participate in construction meetings and communicate clearly with both internal and external project teams
Support installers and field personnel with documentation, coordination, and issue resolution
Assist in identifying and pursuing additional project opportunities where appropriate

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple active projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously

Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Willingness to travel periodically for site visits, meetings, and project support
Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess
Previous experience in construction project management, construction administration, architectural products, signage, or a related field
Experience working with large general contractors or on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building Science, or a related field
PMP certification or similar project-management credential
