ALH Building Systems is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects for wood truss and panel systems from planning to completion. Responsibilities: • Lead project planning and ensure alignment on goals and timelines. • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and resources for project execution. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans. • Track project performance, schedule, and budget. • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs. • Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably wood-framed buildings. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. • Proven problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines. Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
