Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and successful delivery. Projects are large wood-framed buildings such as motels, apartments, college dorms, and assisted living buildings • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals • Interpret construction drawings and identify any problems or discrepancies in the plans • Develop effective solutions to address issues and mitigate risks, while maintaining quality standards • Maintain a deep understanding of wood-framed buildings and construction processes • Utilize software tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to track progress and maintain documentation • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members • Display a detail-oriented and well-organized approach to project management and customer service Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in wood-framed building projects • Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and identify problems in the plans • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective client and team communication • Detail-oriented personality with strong organizational skills • Wood Species Identification: Recognizing different species of wood and understanding their unique characteristics and typical uses • Measurement and Dimensions: Proficiency in measuring lumber, including knowledge of board feet, linear feet, thickness, width, and length Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
