At ALH Building Systems, we’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our innovative team. As a key player in our premier truss and panel operation, you’ll ensure each construction project is executed efficiently from start to finish. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining open lines of communication, ensuring alignment among team members and external partners. Responsibilities: • Lead project planning sessions, ensuring all team members are aligned with the project goals and timelines. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project objectives efficiently. • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget limits, enhancing client satisfaction and trust in our services. Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in managing construction projects, specifically wood-framed buildings. • Ability to interpret and analyze construction drawings with precision. • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills to develop solutions and mitigate risks efficiently. • Proficiency in using software tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook for project tracking and documentation. • Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with clients and team members clearly. • Detail-oriented approach to ensure quality standards are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle. Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
