Qualifications
What you will need:
- A minimum of five years of management experience with primary responsibility of managing operations in security, law enforcement, or aviation security operations
- Professional-level experience required, managing non-exempt employees in a fast-paced, service organization.
- Must be able to secure a valid Guard Card issued by the state of Wisconsin.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in a professional manner in accordance with company standards.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office software along with the ability to learn and efficiently operate various timekeeping and payroll programs.
- Demonstrated customer-service oriented approach, with the ability to successfully interact with all levels in the organization courteously and professionally.
- Professional, articulate, and capable of independent judgement and discretion.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, the ability to read, write, and speak English in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to oversee a team of 30+ employees
Desired Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience managing operations in security, law enforcement, or aviation security operations.
Basic Qualifiers:
- Must be a US citizen or US National.
- Must have a current Wisconsin Guard Card, or be able to obtain one
- Must have a current Wisconsin driver's license
- Must be able to obtain an airport SIDA badge
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
- Pass a pre-employment Drug Screening and submit to and pass random drug/alcohol testing.
