    As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading multi-discipline projects of various sizes across the full lifecycle — from pursuit and proposal to design, construction, and closeout. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to our clients and internal teams, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are consistently exceeded. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact work across sectors including civic, cultural, workplace, and education — all within the support structure of a global design and delivery leader.

    The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

    • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery with internal teams and external stakeholders
    • Serve as the primary client point of contact and represent AECOM with confidence and clarity
    • Coordinate scope, fee proposals, and work plans across architecture and engineering disciplines
    • Manage project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and change management
    • Drive team performance, collaboration, and communication
    • Prepare and lead project meetings, agendas, and milestone reporting
    • Ensure project documentation, invoicing, and financial metrics align with expectations
    • Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining momentum toward client and business goals
    • Support pursuit and proposal strategies on new opportunities
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements :

    • BA/BS in Architecture or related field +4 years of relevant experience managing A/E Design Projects or related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • 8+ years of related experience, and 6 years managing A/E projects
    • Strong leadership and communication skills necessary to coordinate multi-discipline teams
    • History of making decisions to drive successful project execution
    • Licensed RA
    • Ability to work in Fast-paced environment and Coordinate with multiple stakeholders
