Project Manager Assistant – Flip & Rental Company We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Project Manager Assistant to join our growing real estate investment and property management team. Our company buys, renovates, and manages rental properties—and we need someone who can help keep our projects running smoothly from start to finish. What You’ll Do: • Support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating renovation and maintenance projects. • Communicate with contractors, vendors, and team members to track progress and resolve issues. • Assist with material orders, estimates, and scheduling. • Visit job sites to take photos, confirm progress, and ensure quality standards are met. • Help maintain budgets, invoices, and project documentation.
