Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our corporate team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal factory to process sales and external vendors/suppliers for resources.

Develop the scope and objectives of the project.

Track adherence to project budget and timeline.

Ensure necessary resources are available and allocated to the project.

Develop detailed project plans and milestones.

Measure and report on project progress.

Create detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD software.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure design accuracy.

Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects.

Calculate dimensions, weights, and quantities and prepare related documentation.

Interpret and follow complex instructions and procedures exactly.

Ensure that all designs comply with industry regulations and standards.

Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.

Assist in the production of 'as built' documentation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD software and related applications.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in project management or coordination.

Associate's degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an AutoCAD Drafter or similar role.

Strong technical drawing skills.

Good communication skills to liaise with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Ability to interpret technical documents and instructions.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bilingual (Chinese/English).

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred.

Proficient in project management software.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong technical skills in software development and web technologies.

Excellent verbal, reading, and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
