    Project Manager – Industrial Construction

    Location: Indianapolis, IN, with travel 

    About the Role

    We are seeking a driven and hands-on Project Manager to lead industrial and construction projects across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on-site, and can confidently lead projects from kickoff through completion.

    Projects vary in size and scope—from short-term assignments lasting a few days to large-scale initiatives spanning multiple years. This is a highly visible role where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

    What You’ll Do

    • Serve as the primary on-site leader and point of contact for all project stakeholders
    • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
    • Oversee project execution including budget, schedule, and quality control
    • Ensure job site safety and compliance with all standards
    • Communicate directly with clients, ownership, and project representatives
    • Manage both self-performed work and subcontracted scopes
    • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

    Project Scope

    Projects may include:

    • Industrial facility construction and upgrades
    • Mechanical and electrical infrastructure
    • Factory piping and systems installation
    • Rigging and equipment installation
    • Civil work including concrete and site development

    What We’re Looking For

    Required:

    • 3+ years of project management experience (construction, industrial, commercial, or similar)
    • Strong scheduling experience (Excel, MS Project, or similar tools)
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Confident, proactive leadership presence on job sites
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and moving parts

    Preferred:

    • Industrial construction experience
    • Engineering or construction-related degree
    • PMP or similar project management certification

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $95K – $105K
    • Annual performance bonus
    • Company vehicle
    • Per diem for travel
    • Additional pay for weekend work
