Project Manager — High-Purity Process Piping | Semi & Pharma

Salary Range: $130,000–$170,000 (DOE, with flexibility)

We’re partnering with a respected mechanical contractor to hire an experienced Project Manager with direct expertise in high-purity process piping construction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complex, high-tech environments — from semiconductor fabs to pharmaceutical cleanrooms.

You’ll oversee projects from pursuit through closeout, manage budgets and field teams, and ensure installations meet the uncompromising standards required in advanced facilities.

• Lead high-purity piping projects from kickoff to final turnover

• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and field execution

• Oversee QA/QC, orbital welding standards, and contamination control

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Mentor junior staff and help build a high-performing project team

• 5+ years managing process piping projects ($50K–$25M+)

• Experience with CDA, nitrogen, steam, specialty gases, and stainless steel piping

• Background in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or biotech construction

• Knowledge of ASME BPE standards and cleanroom protocols

• Mechanical Engineering degree (or related) preferred

• Proven communication skills and ability to lead teams in the field
