Position Overview: CRDN of Northwest & South Houston is seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic, positive, and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, organization, and customer service excellence. Project Managers serve as the first point of contact on restoration jobs and are responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently while meeting quality standards, timelines, and budgets. This role requires a strong presence in the field and effective coordination between internal teams, customers, and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities:
Customer & Project Onboarding
Serve as the first responder for new job assignments; walk the job site, communicate with the homeowner, and assess the scope of work.
Prepare detailed estimates including number of boxes, items, and specific restoration goals.
Act as a preliminary liaison to insurance adjusters and assist with documentation.
Collect valuables and gather any special handling notes for the production team.
Project Management & Communication
Use 360° scanning technology to map the job site for all content restoration jobs.
Record all notes and communications in XactAnalysis, Restornet, or the appropriate platform.
Coordinate with the Lead CSR and Production Manager to ensure timely progress and excellent customer service.
Communicate regularly with clients, field teams, and insurance representatives.
Field Operations Support
Support the Production Manager with field crew coordination and job execution.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing training to field staff.
Track daily production counts and verify team progress.
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to maintain workflow efficiency.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Monitor job progress for profitability, productivity, and documentation accuracy.
Collaborate with the Collections Specialist to maintain cadence with adjusters for prompt payment.
Assist in developing and tracking job budgets and cost efficiency.
Submit documentation and updates to the General Manager as needed.
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable working in environments affected by fire, water, or wind damage.
Ability to travel locally as needed to assigned job sites.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project management or field operations, preferably in restoration, insurance, or construction industries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to supervise, mentor, and lead a field team.
Experience with budget tracking and job cost analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and job management platforms (XactAnalysis preferred).
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
