    Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure

    Overview
    We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from planning through execution. This role will oversee scope, budget, timelines, and quality while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

    This team supports large-scale, long-term infrastructure programs with strong project pipelines and high visibility across multiple regions.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage projects from kickoff through completion, including scope, schedule, and deliverables
    • Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and budgets
    • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and project updates
    • Lead and coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors
    • Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
    • Support business development efforts, including client meetings and interviews

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
    • 8+ years of experience in civil or infrastructure-related projects
    • Experience managing projects involving public or municipal infrastructure
    • Strong understanding of systems related to water, wastewater, or similar utilities
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and teams
    • Strong communication and client-facing skills

    Nice to Have

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license or working toward licensure
    • Experience with water distribution, wastewater systems, or pipeline projects
    • Background in treatment facilities or large-scale infrastructure projects
    • Proficiency with standard tools (Excel, reporting, presentations)
