    Your Day-to-Day

    • Oversee and design multi-use, residential, commercial, and institutional site development projects from concept through approval

    • Lead the municipal approval process, coordinating submissions and maintaining timelines

    • Develop complete site design packages, including:

      • Stormwater management systems

      • Grading plans

      • Erosion & sediment control plans

      • Utility layouts

      • Regulatory research

    • Prepare concept plans, subdivision plans, engineering reports, and stormwater documentation

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal teams

    • Balance multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability

    What We’re Looking For

    • NJ Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required or ability to obtain (E.I.T. required)

    • 5–10+ years of hands-on civil/site design experience

    • Strong background in New Jersey land development, including:

      • Stormwater management

      • Grading and erosion & sediment control

      • Utility design

      • Permitting with NJDEP and municipal agencies

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or equivalent stormwater design software

    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to manage multiple projects while working both independently and collaboratively
