    Position Overview:

    This is not a desk job — it’s a 100% outside, boots-on-the-ground Project Manager role that demands real-world experience and leadership. You’ll be managing multiple active construction sites, ensuring budgets, schedules, personnel, and project scopes stay on track every step of the way.

    What We’re Looking For:

    10+ years of proven Project Management experience in Civil, Concrete, and Earth Works Construction 5+ years of direct management experience overseeing crews and subcontractors 5+ years of solid construction finance and job cost tracking experience Must be able to manage multiple job sites simultaneously – no exceptions Must have a strong, aggressive communication style – you’re leading the charge Must demonstrate real-world leadership – Certification or training a big plus Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an exceptional problem-solver Ability to read, interpret, and execute from blueprints and construction plans Ability to work 50+ hours/week and remain accessible outside regular hours Must have reliable personal transportation for daily job site travel for the first 6+ months

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead daily on-site operations across multiple active job sites

    Coordinate all phases of civil/concrete/earth works construction from start to finish

    Monitor and control project budgets, job costing, and financial documentation

    Drive schedule compliance, subcontractor performance, and material coordination

    Ensure job site safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations

    Maintain clear, consistent communication with ownership, clients, and crews

    Anticipate issues and provide fast, effective solutions on-site

    Conduct site walks, progress updates, and job closeout reviews regularly

    Serve as the face of the company in the field – lead with authority and accountability
