    Position Summary

    The Exterior Remodeling Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of siding, window, door, carpentry, and deck installations on multifamily and commercial properties. This role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of multiple crews, and close attention to project specifications and safety standards. Project Managers at Lemus Construction are the first to arrive and the last to leave each job site, setting the tone for professionalism, quality, and accountability.

    The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of exterior construction methods, clear communication, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume work environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Crew & Site Management

    Supervise multiple crews working on siding, window, door, carpentry, and deck installations

    Coordinate daily tasks, crew assignments, equipment deliveries, and job site readiness

    Ensure work is performed to specification, quality, and safety standards

    Resolve job site issues and maintain open communication with internal teams and subcontractors

    Project Coordination & Scheduling

    Support scheduling of materials, deliveries, inspections, and vendor coordination

    Conduct site prep, daily check-ins, and final walkthroughs

    Track progress and document daily activities and completion milestones

    Client & Stakeholder Communication

    Act as the on-site representative for property managers, board members, and clients

    Provide regular updates to the General Manager and Project Coordinator

    Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on schedule, scope, and expectations

    Safety & Compliance

    Enforce job site safety policies and ensure crew adherence to OSHA standards

    Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure proper use of PPE

    Document and report any incidents or non-compliance issues

    Qualifications

    Required:

    Experience in exterior remodeling, construction management, or site supervision

    Strong knowledge of siding, window, doors, carpentry, and/or deck installation practices

    Proven ability to manage crews and coordinate logistics on active job sites

    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    Valid driver’s license

    Excellent communication and leadership skills

    Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders and accessing slope roofs as part of daily duties

    Preferred:

    Bilingual – Fluent in both English and Spanish (highly preferred)

    Experience in multifamily and/or HOA roofing projects

    OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

    Familiarity with digital tools for reporting, scheduling, or documentation
