Commercial Roofing Project Manager (Estimating & Client Development Focus)

Location: Greater Chicago Area (Suburban Office)
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 Base + Bonus
Industry: Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing

At-A-Glance Requirements:

• 7+ years Commercial Roofing experience
• Strong estimating & takeoff background
• Experience with public work & consultant-driven specs
• Comfortable meeting with owners, GCs & architects
• Strong financial & margin awareness
• Experience with BUR, EPDM, Mod Bit, TPO/PVC, Green Roofs, Metal & Waterproofing
