About the Role:

Bright Horizon Care LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain project momentum

Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor quality and safety compliance

Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams

Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays

Requirements:

3–7 years of experience in construction project management

Proven track record managing commercial, residential, or healthcare construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations

Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

PMP or CCM certification is a plus
