$70K–$100K+ (DOE)

Overview

This is an office construction coordination role, not a site superintendent position.

The core of the job is reviewing construction plans and moving projects forward based on them - submissions, approvals, and coordination.

If you cannot independently read construction drawings, this role will not work.

What You’ll Do

Plans (Primary Function)

• Read and interpret construction drawings

• Identify requirements, missing info, and next steps

• Track revisions and approvals

Coordination

• Work with architects, engineers, municipalities, and consultants

• Track permits, submissions, and documentation

• Maintain timelines across multiple projects

• Communicate updates internally and externally

Must-Haves

• Experience in construction, development or architecture

• Ability to read construction plans independently (non-negotiable)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Strong professional communication

• Full in-office availability (not remote, hybrid, or field)
