    About the Role

A global industrial organization specializing in vertical access and elevator solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial installation and refurbishment projects across industries including oil & gas, infrastructure, chemical, cement, manufacturing, and power generation.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role responsible for overseeing projects from kickoff through completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong project leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys leading projects, driving communication across multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership of project execution rather than focusing solely on technical engineering work.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage multiple industrial or construction-related projects simultaneously from initiation through closeout
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
    • Monitor project budgets, cost performance, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and other project stakeholders
    • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to customers and management
    • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations
    • Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, schedules, reports, and technical documentation
    • Interpret technical drawings, plans, specifications, and project requirements
    • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
    • Support project controls activities including cost tracking, resource planning, and schedule management

    Required Qualifications

    • 2-3+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Controls, Construction Management, Project Operations, or a related field
    • Experience leading projects as the primary project owner, lead coordinator, or customer-facing project representative
    • Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently
    • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial management
    • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
    • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
    • Ability to manage complex project documentation and reporting requirements
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in industrial construction, equipment installation, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or related industries
    • Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
    • Experience in Project Controls, Project Operations, Project Accounting, or Construction Operations
    • Experience managing customer-facing project delivery from kickoff through completion
    • Experience with contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation
    • Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
    • Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
    • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
    • Technical or engineering-related degree preferred
