    We are actively seeking a Project Manager at Continental Drilling & Service, a Synergen company, that would be responsible for bidding, procuring, and managing communication with clients, as well as submitting related documents to the proper authority and tracking project status. They will prepare the Drilling and Service teams with the appropriate supplies and material to complete the project.

    Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    Prepare job packets with essential information

    Assist in creating a database of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

    Meet customers to stake and discuss water wells/boreholes and their placement

    Prepare bids and attend bid meetings

    Become familiar with all related rules and regulations

    Perform quality control inspections and relay findings to the appropriate managers

    Schedule jobs so that equipment and personnel usage is optimized

    Troubleshoot service calls

    Dispatch service technicians

    Complete 811 notifications and track status

    Perform estimator rolls for civil projects

    Be accessible by phone to team members and clients

    Complete all required well registration documents

    Attend conferences, trade shows, and continued education courses

    Organize and inventory storeroom with job related supplies

    Submit monthly partial pay estimates

    Source job material and third-party contractors

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

    High school diploma or equivalent

    3+ years experience estimating projects

    Exceptional organizational skills

    Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

    Troubleshooting abilities

    Customer service skills

    Strong attention to detail

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    While performing the duties of this position, the employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Also includes occasionally working outdoors in elements/weather.
