    Job Description

NBCUniversal’s Advertising & Partnerships Creative Group is an industry-leading, award-winning team that develops groundbreaking creative campaigns and premium marketing experiences for the world’s most influential brands. We partner closely with advertisers to deliver custom, multi-platform solutions that leverage the power of NBCUniversal’s iconic content, talent, and audiences across linear, digital, and streaming platforms.

We are entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and deeply collaborative. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution - and we pride ourselves on delivering high-impact work that is both creatively bold and operationally sound.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management team. You will be a critical partner to strategy, creative, and production leads, helping drive the development and execution of custom advertising solutions from RFP through delivery. You will play a central role in ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope and budget, and at the highest level of quality. This role reports to the Senior Project Director.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build trusted, productive working relationships with strategy, creative, production, sales, and other partners, becoming a go-to collaborator who brings clarity, consistency, and follow-through to complex projects.
    • Partner closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to support the development, execution, and delivery of integrated creative campaigns.
    • Serve as a central point of coordination across multiple internal departments and external partners, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing timelines, priorities, budgets, and resources.
    • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability, proactively driving work forward, anticipating next steps, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, especially in high-pressure or fast-turn situations.
    • Build and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines from RFP intake through creative delivery, adjusting plans as needed to meet evolving requirements.
    • Proactively identify risks, challenges, and inefficiencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical, solutions-oriented responses.
    • Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and consistency across projects.
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and trackers within designated project management tools and systems.
    • Coordinate the intake, distribution, and delivery of creative assets, managing both incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of project management experience within a marketing, creative, production, or media environment; entertainment or advertising experience strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
    • Strong strategic and conceptual thinker who can understand overarching goals and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and keep teams aligned.
    • Proactive problem-solver with a calm, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
    • Collaborative, team-first mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
    • Working knowledge of post-production processes and experience managing creative assets.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

    Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 (bonus eligible)

Hybrid: Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
