    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.

    Responsibilities Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of water well projects, including scheduling/dispatching, project management, well equipment system design, job materials staging, project estimation, project invoicing, customer service, managing work orders, collections and preparing regulatory reports. Position is full time, on-site and includes high phone volume.

    Qualifications and Skills Mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills

    Experience in project management

    Knowledge of water well systems and related equipment (preferred but not required)

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    Excellent communication and leadership skills

    Ability to work in a team

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
