Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning and execution of digital service projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful outcomes.

Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage documentation.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in digital services.

Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance collaboration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital services or healthcare.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project).

Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
