    As a 2023 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including bi-annual performance connects with your manager. 

    This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

    ABOUT THE TEAM

    By joining our Professional Services Consulting Services team, your focus will be on understanding the broad spectrum of consulting services that focus on FIS Program and Project Management solutions which help any bank more effectively prioritize key project activity, reduce risk, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide measurable results.   Based in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, the FIS Consulting team has deep financial services business process and technology knowledge to share with you for your success and learning.  We have team members primarily across the US but include team members working remotely around the world.  As part of our team, you will leverage this experience to lead business or technology initiatives from strategy definition to operational implementation.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Working in conjunction with senior staff in the administrative and monitoring of projects

    • Required to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and key supplier organizations to ensure the needs and objectives of the project are met

    • Learn deeper “real-world” knowledge of using Microsoft Office tools and techniques

    • Work effectively independently and in a team environment

    • Other related duties are assigned as needed

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Fluent in English; Strong written and communication skills

    • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

    • Ability to work well independently and within a team

    ADDED BONUS IF YOU HAVE

    • PMP, CAPM or other Project Management Certification

    • Experience with Agile Project Management
