We are a leading elevator manufacturing company seeking an experienced and driven Junior Project Manager to join our growing team.

As our Junior Project Manager, you will:

Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet output goals

Monitor workflow and flag bottlenecks before they become problems

Communicate between production teams, supervisors, and department leads

Track inventory, materials, and equipment needs

Help enforce quality control standards and safety procedures

Maintain production reports and basic KPIs

Jump in where needed — this role wears a few hats

We're seeking candidates with the following

1–3 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment

Some exposure to scheduling, workflow coordination, or floor supervision

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A team player who communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure

A genuine interest in growing into a full project management role
