Estimator / Project Manager – Waterproofing
Fridley, MN | Direct Hire | $90K–$120K + Bonus

We’re hiring an Estimator / Project Manager who can balance precision estimating with hands-on project leadership. Hybrid flexibility kicks in after 90 days, plus a full benefits package and room to grow.

Estimator / Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates, take-offs, and bid proposals for waterproofing projects
• Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget goals are met
• Review drawings and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment needs
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams within a 2–3 hour radius
• Maintain clear communication with clients, superintendents, and project stakeholders
• Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and keep accurate project documentation

Estimator / Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including 2+ years in waterproofing or restoration
• Demonstrated ability to estimate and manage multiple projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Skilled in reading blueprints, technical documents, and using software like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
