Summary of Responsibilities:
The JRP Project Manager / Estimator is key to delivering accurate estimates and fixed-cost budgets for luxury single-family residential remodels and new construction projects. You'll review drawings and define detailed scopes of work, lead the bid process, source competitive bids, and ensure accurate, comprehensive budgets.
