Select Source Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM). This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact IT, records management, Offshore Wind Development, and scientific support services that advance the mission.
The PM will serve as the primary on-site leader, integrating multidisciplinary project teams and managing complex federal deliverables in alignment with federal regulations. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in federal contract management, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance, with a proven ability to deliver mission-critical outcomes on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Contract Oversight
Monitor project scope, schedules, milestones, and budgets across concurrent task orders.
Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and standards
Lead project status briefings, risk reviews, and planning sessions.
Foster transparent and productive communication
Utilize Agile project tools and risk dashboards to proactively manage risks and resolve issues.
Implement and monitor ISO-aligned quality control processes for all project deliverables.
Maintain performance metrics
Supervise and mentor on-site personnel across IT, administrative, and scientific disciplines.
Balance workloads, set clear expectations, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Drive staff development through knowledge transfer and professional growth opportunities.
Champion digital modernization by introducing automation, hybrid cloud workflows, and AI-enabled metadata classification.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Additional certifications such as SAFe Agile, ITIL, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are desirable.
Minimum 7+ years of project management experience supporting federal programs, including at least 3 years managing contracts or task orders exceeding $5 million.
Familiarity with BOEM, DOI, or other federal records management, data services, or IT modernization programs is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, contract oversight, and team leadership.
Knowledge of ISO 9001/20000/27001 standards and NARA/DOI records policies.
