We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Residential Project Manager to help bring those visions to life. In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for homeowners, guiding them through each step of their remodeling journey. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and materials while coordinating communication between clients, trade partners, and our team. Compensation: • Salary Range - $70,000 - $80,000 • PTO and holidays • Professional growth opportunities Responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout their remodel. • Lead weekly client meetings to review progress, confirm next steps, and guide decision-making. • Maintain and update project schedules in Buildertrend, keeping all parties aligned and accountable. • Coordinate material procurement—order, track, receive, and verify accuracy and quality. • Monitor budgets, track costs, and proactively identify savings opportunities or potential overages. • Oversee jobsite standards, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and Fine Point Homes’ craftsmanship expectations. • Manage the receiving, organization, and storage of project fixtures and materials in the warehouse. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential construction, remodeling, or project coordination. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Comfortable reading and interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and technical documents. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first, solutions-oriented approach. • Proficient in web-based project management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). • Highly proactive, professional, and detail-oriented, with a track record of keeping projects on time and on budget.
