A leading Fire and Life Safety Solutions provider is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in the Baltimore Market to lead fire alarm, sprinkler, and life safety system projects ranging from $50K to $4M. This role oversees scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and coordination from start to finish, ensuring projects meet NFPA and UFC standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project execution, budgets, and subcontractors
• Ensure code compliance and safety standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Fire/Life Safety or MEP project management
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and UFC standards
• Experience with budgets, drawings, and project software (e.g., ServiceTrade)
• NICET Level II or higher preferred
