    As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate painting projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with customers, our crews, and other team members to ensure that each job is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Responsibilities: • Site Visits & Progress Evaluation: Conduct regular visits to project sites to monitor progress, ensure quality, and address any issues or concerns that arise. • Customer Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Team Coordination : Collaborate with the painting crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and in accordance with company standards. • Project Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and manage project schedules, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget. • Problem Solving : Identify and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines or quality, including material delays, staffing concerns, and client requests. • Safety Compliance : Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment. • Quality Control : Oversee quality assurance, ensuring that all work meets the company’s high standards and client expectations. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction, painting, or related industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar). • Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry best practices is a plus. • Ability to travel to various job sites as required. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation: $22 - $23 hourly
