    Are you ready to take on complex, high-impact projects at the heart of Global Markets? Talan is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the full trade lifecycle — from front to back office.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Lead cross-functional projects tied to trade lifecycle, regulatory mandates, and new business initiatives
    • Optimize trade flow processes across front, middle, and back office functions
    • Partner with legal and compliance to align project delivery with internal policies and global regulations
    • Coordinate with IT teams to implement effective systems and process enhancements
    • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
    • Provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • +5 years of experience as a Project Manager within Global Markets or Capital Markets, covering end-to-end trade processes.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry updates.
    • Ability to work with legal and compliance teams on regulatory matters.
    • Proven experience collaborating with IT on application delivery and system changes.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills for managing risks in complex projects.
