    • Remote (U.S.) - Remote can be anywhere in the US, but Houston (TX), Atlanta (GA), Dallas (TX), and other Texas metro areas, Chicago (IL), Denver (CO), Salt Lake City (UT), Phoenix (AZ), Nevada, and Boise (ID) are preferred.
    • Travel as needed, up to 25%

    Compensation

    • 125 - 150 + performance bonus

    Position Summary

    Lead the execution of complex electrical distribution and critical infrastructure projects while serving as the primary connection among customers, engineering, factory operations, logistics, commissioning teams, and field service partners. This customer-facing role manages schedules, budgets, risks, technical coordination, startup and after-sales support, and stakeholder alignment throughout the equipment lifecycle.

    Job Function

    • Serve as the primary liaison among customer stakeholders, internal teams, factory teams, logistics teams, and field service partners.
    • Track project schedules, KPIs, changes, risks, budgets, and approval timelines.
    • Lead project kickoff and stakeholder governance meetings.
    • Manage the execution of technical efforts in the field.
    • Provide technical support for internal teams, service partners, and customer inquiries in collaboration with factory and engineering teams.
    • Support technical design reviews and submittal packages, transportation logistics, service and spare parts proposals, field documentation, and equipment lifecycle management.
    • Support sales activities by validating customer solutions and helping drive business growth through operational excellence.
    • Travel to domestic and international manufacturing and customer sites as needed for project coordination and quality assurance.
    • Promote workplace safety and employee well-being.

    Education and Experience

    • 5+ years of project management experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial), Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
    • MBA is a plus.
    • Project management experience in electrical, industrial, or field service environments preferred.
    • Experience with HV/MV electrical systems, industrial power equipment, or related industries preferred.
    • Experience working with international teams preferred.
    • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma, preferred.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to work independently and remotely.
    • Ability to guide cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to read electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, schedules, and technical submittals.
    • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, and/or equivalent project-tracking tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to lead, take initiative, assess risks, solve problems, manage processes, and pursue continuous improvement.
    • Willingness to periodically work outside standard business hours for global coordination efforts.
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
    • Bilingual Mandarin written and verbal skills are a plus.
