We’re Signarama Springfield, located in Ozark, Missouri — a creative, fast-paced sign company helping businesses stand out in the real world. From wall graphics and vehicle wraps to dimensional signage and large-scale projects, we design, produce, and install signs that make an impact.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing as a core part of their day while also taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

You’ll spend a significant portion of your time at your desk creating sign-ready designs, managing project details, and communicating with clients and our internal team. You’ll also occasionally step away from the computer for site visits, measurements, or to see finished projects installed — because understanding the real-world application makes you a better designer.

This is an in-office position and a hands-on role within a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

Design daily — creating sign-ready artwork that considers scale, materials, visibility, and fabrication methods.

Own projects from kickoff to install — guiding clients through signage decisions that balance brand, budget, and real-world application.

Manage multiple projects at your desk — tracking timelines, approvals, and details while keeping projects moving forward.

Communicate clearly and professionally — building trust with clients and coordinating with production, installers, and leadership (no disappearing acts).

Deliver excellent customer service — responding promptly, setting clear expectations, and following through.

Use numbers comfortably — understanding project costs, budgets, and scope.

Stay highly organized digitally — keeping project documentation accurate and accessible.

Occasionally step into the field — site visits, measurements, or seeing designs come to life after installation.

What We’re Looking For

A confident, energetic multitasker who enjoys teamwork and takes pride in customer satisfaction.

Someone with a strong work ethic and positive attitude — dependable, accountable, and consistent.

A quick learner with solid time management and communication skills.

At least 2 years of project management AND graphic design experience, preferably in a sign, construction, fabrication, or design-related field.

Should be experienced in conceptual drawings for presentation and scaled drawings for permitting, manufacturing.

3D graphic design experience is required — you understand how designs translate into physical, dimensional spaces.

A person who genuinely loves organization — in their inbox, files, and daily workflow.

A sense of humor — we take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
