About the role

SRE Engineering, D.P.C., a certified M/WBE and DBE engineering and construction management firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support construction management services for NYC Health + Hospitals capital projects. This is a full-time positionserving one of the largest municipal healthcare systems in the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day CM operations across pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases

Serve as owner's representative; manage vendors, design consultants, and agency stakeholders

Prepare and maintain project management plans, schedules, budgets, and monthly progress reports

Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay requisitions in compliance with NYC H+H procedures

Ensure M/WBE utilization compliance and maintain documentation for monthly reporting

Coordinate with NYC Health + Hospitals Office of Facilities Development (OFD)

Qualifications

8+ years of construction management experience; healthcare or institutional facility experience strongly preferred

Experience managing public sector clients (NYC agency experience a plus)

Proficiency in Procore, Kahua, or similar construction management software

P.E., CCM, PMP, or equivalent licensure preferred

Strong knowledge of NYC prevailing wage, M/WBE compliance, and public procurement
