    What you’ll do

    • Lead healthcare architecture & interior-design projects from kickoff through close-out—owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
    • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and stellar relationships.
    • Guide and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, driving cohesive, efficient delivery and regulatory compliance.
    • Proactively identify risks, present solutions, and keep everyone aligned through clear meetings, presentations, and status updates.
    • Mentor junior teammates and contribute to firmwide healthcare-design thought leadership.

    What you’ll bring

    • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
    • 5 + years managing healthcare facilities projects plus proficiency with Revit/BIM and PM software.
    • Preferred credentials – PMP, AIA, or NCIDQ certification are a plus.
