Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead our high-end residential projects from design take-offs to stunning completion. What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision: Oversee and inspire a team of construction managers, supervisors, crew leads, and skilled crews.
• Execute with Excellence: Take detailed landscape designs and bring them to life with precision, creativity, and craftsmanship.
• Deliver Beyond Expectations: Ensure every project exceeds client dreams with a focus on quality, detail, and innovation.
• Coordinate & Communicate: Act as the key liaison between design, procurement, and field execution.
• Manage Resources: Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Problem-Solve Proactively: Address challenges in real-time with smart, efficient solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Leadership: 5+ years in a supervisory role in landscape construction, with experience managing multiple teams.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of drainage systems, hardscape and softscape installation, and construction best practices.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple high-end residential projects.
• Inspirational Communicator: Clear, confident, and collaborative communication style.
• Procurement Know-How: Experience sourcing and managing materials and vendor relationships.
• Aspire Knowledge: Familiarity with Aspire or similar landscape design and project management software is a plus.
