Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a capable and motivated Project Manager to support high-profile hotel construction projects across North America. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 3–5+ years of experience who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys travel, and is eager to grow within the Owner’s Representative and consulting space.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture or design who has transitioned into project management and understands how to support the design effort while driving construction execution. You’ll be responsible for managing hospitality projects from pre-construction through closeout, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
This role requires full-time travel and the flexibility to mobilize quickly to project sites across the USA. You’ll play a key role in managing complex hospitality projects from pre-construction through closeout, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

The salary range for this full-time role is $105K-$140K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
