Project Manager

In this role, you will oversee projects focused on improving operational efficiency and streamlining business processes. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including process design, planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting.

We’re seeking someone who brings a strong mix of business operations insight, project management expertise, and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver business initiatives using established project management, process improvement, and change management practices
• Partner with finance teams to enhance processes, align stakeholders, and drive measurable results
• Build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external partners to support adoption and successful outcomes
• Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop practical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Prepare and present project updates, including status reports, risks, and financial tracking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience managing business process or system transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce applications required; familiarity with billing systems is a plus
• Strong background in project and change management, ideally within a technical or software environment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including working with data
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
