One of our clients needs a Project Manager for a permanent position.

Position: Project Manager

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Position Type: Full-time

Duties:

Serves as the project manager for large, complex task orders and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.

Is responsible for the overall management of task order(s) to ensure that technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Five (10) years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.

Five (15) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.

Two (2) years of experience in supporting DoD Program Acquisition Category (ACAT) I Level or ACAT III level IT development programs in the areas of program management (PM), systems engineering (SE) related functional/technical quality, cost analysis (CA), and configuration management (CM) assessments and audits of DoD IT program lifecycle requirements, documents, and data and their compliance with DoD acquisition policies and regulations.

Minimum Education/Certification(s):

Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)

BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.

DoD Approved 8570 / 8140 IAM Level III Certification: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C-CISO), and GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC).

Required Clearance:

Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
