Position:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead landscape crews on grading, planting and hardscape installations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality project execution through the usage of internal crews and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field operations and crew assignments
- Purchase and schedule materials, equipment, permits and safety requirements
- Provide on-site leadership throughout project phases
- Oversee subcontractors and implement change orders
- Maintain budgets and track job costs using Aspire software
- Communicate directly with clients throughout each project
- Coordinate fleet service and equipment maintenance with onsite mechanic
- Organize shop, yard and inventory to keep teams running efficiently
- Hire, train and coach new team members
- Track employee time, review GPS logs and update schedules regularly
Requirements
- Proven experience managing field teams in landscape or construction setting
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using landscape project management software (Aspire preferred)
- Clear, professional communicator with clients and crews
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and team-focused with a growth mindset
- Valid Driver’s License
Compensation and Benefits:
- $70-75k Base Salary plus up to $20k performance Bonus
