POSITION: Project Manager (Level III)

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full time

LOCATION: Charlotte, NC

SCHEDULE: 40hrs

PAY RANGE: $45-53.54 hourly

ASSIGNMENT: 09/30/2024 to 09/29/2025

Hybrid schedule. 3 days onsite. Monday and Friday remote. Manager is flexible.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function.
• Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities.
• Responsible for programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function.
• Project responsibility requires responsibility for staff and budget.
• Serves as primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives.
• Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources.
• Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation.
• Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control.
• Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles.
• Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes.
• Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior banking experience/knowledge.

1. Strong background with leading/managing/ driving.
2. Strong critical thinking skills/ work independently
3. PMP certification
4. Microsoft project program

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
