Reno, NV | Full-Time | $85,000 – $110,000 | Company vehicle + gas card + laptop

The Opportunity

Some PMs manage one giant project; this role gives you a whole portfolio. Our client, an established consulting engineering firm providing materials testing, inspection, and infrastructure services across Northern Nevada, is hiring a versatile Project Manager to run projects from residential scopes through major commercial and infrastructure assignments. Estimating, field coordination, DFR review, client relationships — you'll touch every part of the operation and directly support its growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage construction materials testing and inspection projects start to finish
• Support estimating, takeoffs, and proposal preparation
• Coordinate field operations, staffing, scheduling, and client communication
• Review DFRs and project documentation for quality and compliance
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Serve as the liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Support operational growth and execution initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Project management experience in engineering, construction, or consulting
• Strong understanding of construction processes and coordination
• Estimating and takeoff experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM software
• Ability to run multiple projects and priorities at once
