  • Responsibilities

    We have been retained by our client, a growing Multifamily General Contractor in the Houston, TX area, to find a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing ground-up Multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Duties:

    • Manage all aspects of ground-up Multifamily construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and implement solutions promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
    • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience managing ground-up Multifamily construction projects.
    • Strong knowledge of Multifamily construction processes, techniques, and materials.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
    • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
