    Job Description

    Essential Job Functions

    • Ensure that all active projects have followed the appropriate request process
    • Schedule and attend, creative planning with ministries to set project details, priority and gather content
    • Organize all projects details and content into the current project management software
    • Maintain project management software, Video calendar and master projects list
    • Manage project process and communication between internal team
    • Work with Filmmakers to set project priorities, manage issues and balance competing priorities
    • Monitor project progress and alert internal team and ministry partner to schedule or scope concerns that could affect successful delivery
    • Maintain a consistent relationship with all ministry partners
    • Coordinate with team admin to process and manage invoice coding, and PO submissions
    • Schedule video shoots, pre-production meetings, and script read through meetings
    • Book gear for video shoots in the inventory management system
    • Manage volunteer and contractor paperwork and schedules with the NextGen team leads
    • Provide process improvement ideas
    • Organize and acquire all needed props, set design and assets per video shoot request

    Experience

    • Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams and Monday Work Management
    • 2+ years of production design experience
    • Familiar with common project management practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Working knowledge of the following programs; ProPresenter, Slack, Planning Center
