You're a residential construction PM who lives in the details — margins, schedules, budgets, reporting. You build systems that work, and you're not satisfied until the process is airtight. At Peachtree Decks and Porches, the clients are sold before you meet them. Your job is to execute, protect margin, and deliver an experience that earns a 5-star review every time. If that's how you already operate, we want to talk. Responsibilities: • Conduct pre-construction meetings and walkthroughs to align clients on scope, schedule, and expectations before work begins • Manage all active projects in JobTread — schedules, budgets, documentation, and subcontractor coordination • Track margin performance and schedule variance on every project; flag risks before they become overruns • Coordinate subcontractor crews, draws, and material procurement to keep production moving without gaps • Communicate proactively with clients throughout every phase — they never have to ask for an update • Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, streamline workflows, and eliminate administrative drag • Close every project completely — punch list done, final walkthrough complete, documentation closed Qualifications: • Proven residential construction project management experience required • JobTread experience strongly preferred • Numbers-oriented — comfortable with budget tracking, margin analysis, and performance reporting • Systems builder, not just a systems follower • Communicates proactively and owns problems without being asked • Embraces technology and AI tools as part of daily workflow Compensation: $100,000+
