As a Power Washing Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. Power Washing Field Service Supervisor Responsibilities:

Work with and supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction

Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members

Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner

Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard

Launch and direct technicians each morning for jobsite success

Serve as lead on large-scale or complex projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety

Conduct quality control by reviewing work orders, photos, and job completion notes

Collaborate with office and service teams to streamline communication and operations

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of hands-on experience in pressure washing, painting, or similar trades

Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, train, and hold others accountable

Genuine care for quality, service, and team development

Ability to take initiative, think ahead, and solve problems in real time

Comfort with job management and communication tools (Workiz, CompanyCam, etc.)

Able to carry 50-100 pounds occasionally

Power Washing Field Service Supervisor Qualifications:

Minimum one year of proven leadership experience

Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence

Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50-100lbs

Valid Driver's License
