BB-Builders Pro is a fast-growing, process-driven residential remodeling company known for delivering high-quality projects with exceptional client communication and systemized project management. We're seeking a skilled and reliable Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from handoff through final completion.

About the Role

As a Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing 5–6 active remodeling projects, coordinating all subcontractors and materials, maintaining jobsite professionalism, and ensuring a smooth client experience from start to finish. You will use Buildertrend daily to manage schedules, job costing, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Own the execution of each assigned project from kickoff to closeout

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries

Maintain project schedules and update them in Buildertrend

Track and manage project budgets, POs, and change orders

Ensure all jobsites meet cleanliness and protection standards

Conduct client walkthroughs at each project milestone

Upload daily logs, photos, and documentation in Buildertrend

Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and the internal team

Identify issues early and escalate red flags to the Operations Manager

Ensure punch lists are completed and final handoffs are smooth

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of residential construction or remodeling project management experience

In-depth understanding of construction phases (demo, framing, MEPs, finish, etc.)

Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors

Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar project management software

Strong attention to detail and jobsite organization

Professional communication skills—both written and verbal

Ability to read scopes of work, plans, and product specifications

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Able to walk job sites, lift materials, and conduct physical site reviews

Preferred Qualities

Previous experience in high-end residential remodeling

Track record of managing multiple jobs at once

Experience with client-facing communication

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
